Google也随Bing和Yahoo发布了2009年热门搜索回顾，Google称其热门搜索是通过多个来源包括google搜索解析，Google趋势以及其他数据工具而得来的。比较特别的是Google同时比较了2008年的数据，采用上升最快的搜索来表达Google所说的“时代精神”。
