河北新闻网11月18日讯（师源、王竞辉）今天，唐山市发布2024年11月份第三期“周文明标兵”名单。见义勇为救助患病乘客的好医生段小凤，守正创新、以文惠民的基层文化工作者李学文，巧手点亮幸福社区的好书记高园芳等榜上有名。
自2022年7月起，唐山在全市范围内持续开展“文明标兵”评选发布活动，持续擦亮“英雄城市·大爱唐山”品牌。其间，通过组织推荐、群众推荐、个人自荐等方式创新评选机制，积极选树助人为乐、见义勇为、敬业奉献、孝老爱亲、诚实守信、自强不息等六类文明典型，以周、月、年度三个层级向社会发布，营造了人人学习“文明标兵”、人人崇尚“文明标兵”、人人争当“文明标兵”的浓厚氛围。
